Sixty year-old Margherita is a Russian immigrant, who works as a librarian at a high school in a rough neighborhood in Jerusalem. She has a special relationship with 17 year-old Nehorai, an abandoned student on the verge of being expelled. Margherita fanatically believes in the power of poetry to get through to Nehorai and heal his wounded soul.
Hila Royzenman (b. 1988) worked as a casting director, costume designer and script supervisor with leading JSFS graduates such as Nir Bergman, Yossi Madmoni, David Ofek, EitanMansuri, and Nimrod Eldar. She is currently in production of her independent short A Quarry Feeling, part of the prestigious "Arava Shorts in the Desert” project.
