Yoav, who himself was a pacifist in the 60s, is doing all he can to prevent his son from enlisting in the Israeli army. Twenty-four hours before the son’s draft, an emotional and ideological confrontation evolves between father and son.
Naomi Levari (b. 1978) is an Israeli film producer and director. In 2010 she founded Black Sheep Productions with her partner, Saar Yogev. Her selected works as producer include One Week and a Day (2016 Cannes film festival); Fig Tree (2018 Toronto film festival prize name: Audentia Award for Best Female Director); and director Yaron Shani’s Love Trilogy (2018 Venice film festival, 2019 Berlin film festival). Chained, part of the Love Trilogy, won best film at the 2019 Jerusalem Film Festival.
